Creasi was born in 2001 from the intuition of owner Alberto Frignani, who, operating in the auto repair shop he ran with his brother, identified the need for specific equipment that could facilitate his work. Finding nothing useful on the market, based on his own experience he then decided to design, test and produce what he needed.

Thus were born the first innovative tools, promptly patented, which immediately attracted the attention of leading mechanical equipment dealers, who soon decided to include them in their catalogs.
